Why is manual update not an option? It worked fine for me, aftyer online
failure (perhaps because it updated tcpip.sys)

The manuakl update wotked for me. I went to the update site againto see if
all the update are in,and they are. Maybe it will be fixed my Microsaoft
soon, but the manual update WORKS.

I cannot get this update to install at this time either on WIndows XP Media
Center Edition - mornlikely a BUG..

Then install it now.
The Windows Update install issue for 913446 was resolved a few hours ago.

Just for curiosity, why is manual update not an option?
