Anytime Upgrade -- Business to Ultimate -- Sound and BitLocker

I recently upgraded my Sony SZ450 to Ultimate from business and do not have
sound. Not sure if I had sound before the upgrade.

Would the upgrade have affected the sound?
Would the sound drivers be the same with Business and Ultimate?

As to BitLocker and the Upgrade (not sure which) something (or maybe
something else) has creat4ed a bios change and I have been directed to turn
off BitLocker so the bios upgrade can take place. Would the upgrade or the
use of BitLocker cause any sort of bios change? (I did run the encryption
setup twice for TPM and BitLocker as I wanted to change the keys, if that
makes a difference).
