After you have installed SP1 will your Anytime Upgrade DVD still work
or will you need to get a new DVD?

You cannot upgrade from an SP1 install to a non-SP1 install, so you will
need a new Anytime upgrade disc (with SP1 integrated). Order one once SP1 is
available on the discs.
