Anytime upgrade ?

I have an Italian Vista Home Premium and want to go to the Vista Ultimate
english edition. Is the Anytime upgrade an option for me?

Yes. After you have upgraded to Vista Ultimate, you can download an English
Multi Language Interface Pack (MUI), which is an Ultimate extra that turns
the entire user interface into English.

No. An upgrade between language versions will not work. You would need to
upgrade from Home Premium to Ultimate in Italian, then you can change the
language afterwards.

IS IT MUI -multilanguage interface pack - a free download for Vista ultimate
users?
