AOL picture copy/save problem (AOL 9.0 VR)

Why is that when I try to save a picture in AOL as a jpeg file the
computer(with Vista) won,t allow me to accept that type of file. It only has
the option for an *.art file or bitmap. Nether file works with any program I
try to open with. All say the files are corruted or they don't recognize the
formats. My old computer using XP works fine. Sure could use some help here!

AOL suggested the same soulution but still the only save option that comes up
is to save it as an ART file. I opened Internet Explorer and the save funtion
will save as a JPEG. So for now I will start AOL and then open IE to copy
pictures. If anyone finds a soulution please let me know. Thanks for the help.
