An apology and giving credit where credit is due

Hi everyone, My name is ashraf kadry, and I would like to apologive to all
the members of the Microsoft's MVP department for a rude message that I
posted on the windows group here.

They have been helpful in solving my problem, I was unable to install
windows updates, and they have carried that in a professional manner.

Therefore, I would like to apologize to members of the MVP team for my past
"rude" mesage.

I just would like to drag the attention of microsoft, that we, the windows
users, face everyday a new probelm with windows, whatever version it might
be, and it gets worse on system that goes multiplatform, or system that might
be stretched thin to achieve insurmountable tasks that require "stability".
Just stability is all what we windows users are looking for. We cannot
afford, either financially or physically, to be strained and stressed
everyday under the materializing risk of a failing "system" or inoperable
"programs". So please just put yourself in our shoes, and see how we face
many problems, though they might seem to you rediculous or "harmless", but to
us they are a snowball that ends with an avalanche.
