I currently viewing a report through **.csv file but during the process of
opening the report, the whole software application close, there were a
message screen pop up and written as below:

Problem Event : APP CRASH
Time Stamp : 2a425e19
Exception Code: c0000096
Exception Offset: 001c005d

How can I open the .csv format file with Vista OS?

Find Vista very troublesome...seems that lots of application not support!

Please help

Thanks in advance...

If this application is not specifically Vista compatible, you may need to
run it in WinXP Compatibility mode. Right click the app's exe file,
Properties, Compatibility. See if that helps.
