apparent Microsoft Update bug

I've just installed Microsoft Update and run it. It says I need a high
priority update (KB887980), involving FrontPage 2003 displaying the Turkish
Lira. I don't have FrontPage, just Word 2003 and Excel 2003. Windows Update
and Office Update don't find anything.
I've hidden the update for now, so I don't need help. I just thought someone
should know it does this.
