APPCRASH ContentTool.dll-unloaded

Every time when i try to surf on the internet this crass appears on my
computer. I would like to know how I can solve this once and for all. Can
someone help me?

Search Google for "contenttool.dll" (including the quotes) for information
on websites that have information about how to remove this. This appears to
be a spyware/adware application from UpMedia that generates pop-up
advertisements in the browser.

Did you turn User Account Control off? Is Internet Explorer running in
Protected Mode?
