application error "0x02321ed6"

When starting up windows XP get the following error heading, Acrobat
Iehelper: iexplore.exe-Application error and in the body shows The
instruction at 0x0610fd54 reference memory at 0x02321ed6. The memory could
not be read. Click on OK to terminaye program. How do I fix?

I am having the same problem, has anyone found a fix?
