application failure wkwwinuni.dll

i keep getting this message when i start up " application failed
WKWWINUNI.DLL" and try to reinstall disc. I am unable to do so. Can someone
help?

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
