Application Hangs

I've run the Crash Analysis Tool and it indicates I should update the
following Application Driver from Dell Support or Windows Update: tfsnifs.sys
I have been unable to find any driver by this name.
Anyone know where I can obtain this update?

I cannot find this site. Should I be able to reach it by
www.microsoft.public.windowsupdate?
