Have you tried right clicking on the shortcut used to open the program,
selecting Properties, and on the Shortcut tab, selecting Maximized from the Run
drop down list.

On my computer, program windows remember the state that they were in when they
are closed and reopened.

I have not tried but I will. Thanks for the tip. Usually program remembers
how it was closed and saves it. I don't know why it is not saving on my
computer. Does anyone know and how to fix?

Click on Start, then right click on the program you want to open maximized,
click on Properties, select the Shortcut tab, go to Run, select Maximized,
then Apply, then OK.

I tried it. It appears that sometimes it works and sometimes it does not,
strange. Has anyone got any other suggestions?
