applications program printing error

running C-MAP, PC PLANNER which plots waypoints and routes for a
chartplotter.An output is waypoint list of 8 data fields: Icon symbol for
point,name,descripton, lat,lon,type,date, time.Pgm page has data for all
fields,both versions. Printout is table with 8 headings and info for each
point.Using planner v3.3.2.13819 initially printout OK, then ??? and no data
in first-Icon symbol field but all other fields ok. uninstalled/reinstalled
no luck. went to later v3.4.1.14439 which added new field(right after Icon
symbl); Icon color. now 1&2 data fields do not print. In 3.3.2 icon symbol
downloads(same page) to user chip and shows on chartplotter(same for
v3.4.1although chartplotter no support color for points) . Sent set of data
to C-Map and says all fields print. Followed their instructions to wipe out
all program traces in cpu and of usb reader card(to read map chips and user
chip). NO LUCK. Un/reinstalled HP G85 Win XP(USB only) software.NO LUCK.
Installed PC Planner on other computer (networked to HP printer via 1st
computer). NO LUCK. USB drivers v5.1.2600.0 (7/1/2001)driver page says
running ok, updates say no updates). Tried to find this driver in windows
support/downloads with no luck. Planed to download driver(even same
vrsion)&see effect. Anyone- any suggestions or who/where to go to for help?
