Applying desktop changes to all users - how?

Hi everyone.

To put it simple, this computer (with Vista Ultimate) has several User
Accounts and a single Administrator. Now, I wanted to make some changes in
the Administrator desktop, but only a few of them (for example, *some*
shortcuts) should be applied to all normal Users. Is there any way to do
this? If so, how?

Hi,

Changes to, or icons for, all users should be under C:\Users\Public\Desktop.
Individual adjustments should be under C:\Users\<username>\desktop.
