Applying updates to Advance Server 2000

When trying to retrieve the critical updates put out by Microsoft, I received
the following error message:"The website has encountered a problem and cannot
display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might
help you solve the problem." Anyone have a solution as to how I can retreive
the critical updates?
