"Approve Updates" page not in sync with actual downloaded updates

I am having issues attempting to deploy this month (Augusts) Critical
Updates. I check the Synchronisation Log and it tells me that updates were
downloaded :

When I go to "Approve Updates" only the 896727 Update for IE has appeared!
What the hell is going on?

Running SUS Version 1.0.3630.17 on Windows Server 2003. Been running for
over a year with no issues like this!!!
