Artec T14a ATSC USB dongle

Does anyone know if there is any support for the Artec T14a ASTC USB receiver.

I have upgraded to Vista and enjoying the new MCE, but have not found
drivers that will work for the device.

The device was working for me under Windows XP MCE, but trying to load the
XP drivers under Vista crashes the machine.
