Windows: 1 billion users
Mac OS: 25 million users

Good luck to Apple, not to mention, a lot of Intel Mac users are running
Vista/XP through Boot Camp. Reports are that some users end up setting their
Boot disk to Windows only and rarely boot into Mac OS X after installing
Windows.

We're getting Mac users over on the Ubuntu news group, along with scads
of former Windows users. Things change, Andre, and just because MS is in
front now, doesn't mean it will always be that way. I remember when
General Motors was the number one car maker. They took it for granted
and started making lousy cars, just like MS has done with Vista.

As Bob Dylan wrote many moons ago:

"The line it is drawn
The curse it is cast
The slow one now
Will later be fast
As the present now
Will later be past
The order is
Rapidly fadin'.
And the first one now
Will later be last (Hi Microsoft!)
For the times they are a-changin'."

I was more interested in the article's negative comments about Vista
than the Mac OS. I have never owned a Mac. I think that Vista is the
crappiest OS out of MS since Windoze ME.

It has been predicted for years Alias and it will only be a prediction, not
a reality. Microsoft is not a complacent Company. They understand the
competitiveness of the market place.

Time will tell. Who would have guessed that AOL would change from the
number one ISP in the USA to the laughing stock of the USA?

They sure don't understand their paying customers as is evidenced by MS
accusing them of theft until they prove otherwise over and over and over
again.

Yes you are getting Mac users over on the Ubuntu news group. Once they
figure out how lame Ubuntu is, they quickly go back to their Macs. Oh yea,
PC users also dismiss Ubuntu as just a toy.
