I'm after, and that's the one which is missing from both the website and
the inbuilt Windows Update Vista x64 link.

Hi all this is my first post on this forum, but not my first visit here
that's also why I've registered

As regarding this topic, I just don't understand why MS offers this
update while there's no description is available yet. Why should I just
install something I don't know what it does with my system, what files
and why are changed. Even the 'scenarios' that are mentioned on the
download site are not explained, what scenarios they could be etc..
