I have exactly this problem with a K-Jam and Outlook 2003. I have found
nothing anywhere that helps either. Since nobody else seems to have an
answer, maybe we should try debugging ourselves so...
I Sync with OL2003 at home on XPSP2 with MCaFee internet security suite,
suitably opened up for the AS4 programs etc.etc.
I sync the same K-Jam at work to OL2002 on XPSP2. Anything that changes on
either system causes the other system to change to RTF. And changing ALL
addresses back to HTML or Plain text on one system makes those entries on the
other system change to RTF because they are changed when the Sync takes
place. The only answer seems to be not to Sync contacts on one or the other
so changes do not happen. Then we only have to remember if we make manual
changes.
Does any of this setup sound similar to yours? Maybe there's a clue there
somewhere?
Does any of this - the systems
