All the default SBS2003 components (apart from Companyweb [with the latest
WSS service pack]) need to be ASP.Net v1.1.
You cannot run both ASP.Net v1.1 and v2.0 with a single Application Pool,
so what you have to do is split the Companyweb and your application
virtual directories off into their own Application Pool. Then you can
assign that Pool to run v2.0, and put the default Pool back to v1.1
Duplicate the existing default Application Pool (to get all the settings
right), assign the Companyweb and your application virtual directories to
the new pool (VDir/Website Properties > Website tab), and then set the
ASP.Net version to v2.0. Then set the ASP.Net version to v1.1 on the VDirs
of RWW, etc.
