Basically, you're dealing with subnetting issues. If your NICs are on the
same subnet, Windows basically doesn't "load balanace" across these NICs and
cluster will basically only identify one NIC in the subnet.
If you put each port on a different subnet, then you should be able to see
all 6 networks in your cluster. You could then balanace groups to use
specific NICs by using IP addresses from specific subnets.
If you're looking to load balance across the ports on the same subnet,
you'll need to look into teaming. If you're running Windows 2008, teaming is
OK on all networks. If 2003, you shouldn't team the private NICs, but
teaming public is OK.
