Assistant require for error "0x80072F78"

Hi, I just installed Window XP pro on my new SATA harddisk. When I click on
windows uodates. It direct me to the web site. I click on the Active X from
Microsoft. Then the web page show that it is scaning but it is actually hang
there. I do not have this problem when I install in my old harddisk. Now I
can not update to service pack 2. The Error displayed is 0x80072F78. Kindly
help
