Async changes mail format in outlook

Hi. When I edit or create a contact on my K-Jam it changes my Outlook email
format to Rich Text Format which kills nearly all of my file attachments to
my contacts who dont use Outlook! I change the format back to either "Let
Outlook decide" or "Plain text" but as soon as I edit a contact the format
on
Outlook changes back to "Rich Text" and I have to manually change the format
in Outlook (if I remember!) or else that contact will not receive the
attachmements until they 1, change to Outlook or 2, I remember to change the
format manually.

I have searched the Internet for help on this but came up empty handed.
