Hi
This error message can be caused by virtual drives software.
If you are using any virtual drives, for example Daemon Tools or
Alcohol's virtual drive, then you must disable them, and in the
case of Daemon Tools uninstall the program.
Alternatively, try to rename the file before (or while) you
install the service pack:
When the installation complains about Atapi.sys and asks you to
"Retry" or "Cancel", simply go to %windir%\System32\Drivers and
rename Atapi.sys to whatever. Then go back to the installation
and select "Retry" - the installation should then complete.
(%windir% is typically C:\Windows or C:\Winnt)
