ATI T200 Unified AVStream cannot start

ATI T200 Unified AVStream cannot start in Win XP 32 bit SP2 (SP3 RC) and
Vista 32 bit try to reinstall, use another drivers and nothing.

My PC:
Intel Pentium 4 (640) 3200@3525Mhz
Abit i945P (AL8-V) (Bios date: 2006/07/07)
1 Gb DDR2 533Mhz dual channel (A-DATA)(2 x 512Mb)
Palit ATI/AMD Radeon HD 2900 XT 512Mb GDDR3 512bit
SAMSUMG 160 Gb SATA 2
LiteOn DVD+/-RW
PSU Chieftec 550W 12cm Fan PFC

I am having the same problem but when attempting to start the TV app from the
Ati sidebar. Have you found any fixes for this?
