atl.dll

I just installed the latest security patch. Now when I start my computer, I
get atl.dll files on almost ALL of my startup programs and in addition,
firefox.dll. I am NOT running SP2, my computer never let me install it,
always said error. Can I un-install this latest patch, and if so can someone
tell me which one it was?? LOL I installed it 2 days ago, when it prompted
me.

Sorry, meant to say atl.dll errors and says to reinstall the program. thanks
