Att: Pat Walters, KB890830 will not install

I have the same problem as Trainspotter and others had with installing
KB890830, except I get a bluescreen
when trying to install.

I get Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area etc.

My log when following your instructions in your answer to Trainspotter is
pasted below (I got the bluescreen immediately following the last entry - I
presume):

I would be most grateful for help with this.
