Hello,
More than likely the cause is related to your OST file that is being
Synchronized. If you go into the Office folder on your PC (with Outlook
closed) you can run ScanOST.exe and it will fix any issues with the file.
Once you do this, try to resync and see if that solves the problem.
If that doesn't work, delete the server information on the Tilt then try to
re-create and sync it up.
You may have to do both of these steps to get things smooth - that is what I
have had to do in the past.
