My phone has sync issues anytime I put things on my phone, they will not push
up for some reason. It is easy to wipe my phone clean, and then just put
in my exchange server info and it pulls all my calendar/contacts/email right
down. But put something on my calendar on my phone .... infinite loopin in
activesynch having troubles trying to sync and it will burn up my battery in
a couple hours. The only way you know you have a problem is the heat the
phone generates, the battery drain, or going into activesync and selecting
status from the menu and you see a list of entries that won't sync. I
have tried to tinker with the few options that exist, such as the conflict
rules but nothing works to resolve this inability to update my calendar on
the exchange server.

From my phone I can send email, read emails, get instant updates on email
from exhange, get updates from exchange on new contacts, etc ....

Anybody got ideas on what to try ?

Hello,

More than likely the cause is related to your OST file that is being
Synchronized. If you go into the Office folder on your PC (with Outlook
closed) you can run ScanOST.exe and it will fix any issues with the file.
Once you do this, try to resync and see if that solves the problem.

If that doesn't work, delete the server information on the Tilt then try to
re-create and sync it up.

You may have to do both of these steps to get things smooth - that is what I
have had to do in the past.

Regards,
