Attachments-Can't open or save them when I receive them through em

Can someone provide me with a solution to the problem of not being able to
download attachemts, documents, etc. that are sent to me in emails. I've
even sent stuff to myself from work (excell spread sheets, documents, mpegs,
etc. One error code stated, "Internet Explorer ws not able to open this
Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannont be found.
Please try again later. It's there, and I can do so from work or someone
else's computer, no problem.

Any help will be appreciated, and Thanks again!
