Audio Tuning Wizard says "no audio device detected"

But I do have an audio card, a Soundblaster Audigy Live!
card, which otherwise works fine with everything else
(i.e. Windows Media Player, Windows system sounds, etc.)
I tried a different sound card, but had same problem with
MSN Messenger.."no audio device detected". I am using MSN
Messenger 6.1 with Windows 2000. Any help would be much
appreciated!
