audio/video setup

I am unable to run audio video setup. does anybody know how to fix this?

Is there any error message you see when this happens? Or does it just freeze up?

In either situation, it could be one of the devices you have installed which it's getting
stuck on. For instance, a TV tuner card can sometimes cause this.
