Just so we're clear, it works on an Audio call, but not within a Video Call? If so, this
isn't the first time I've heard of this issue and I'm afraid I don't particular had a
specific fix for you.
However, there is a workaround. If you initiate an Audio call first and then start a Webcam
session (not Video Call) by pressing Alt in a conversation window to bring up the menubar,
then the Actions menu, then Video and then Show my webcam. Have your contact do the same and
then you'll have the best of both worlds.
