tried to upgrade a programme came up with waring my windows is not genuine
went through stages to product key do not know what this is i brought my comp
as it is.do i have any other choice other that to purchase a new copy of
windows

If you bought the PC ready loaded with Vista from a reputable source, I would
take up the issue with them. If not, then yes, you will need to source a
legal copy of Vista.
