Hi,

I'm using windows live messenger 8.1 and have to say that
it's running well and very stable here.
(video-chat between Holland and Texas for nine hours, without
any problem)

But i just wonder if it is possible to let ppl start a voice - or video
conversation without my permission. (only a person from my contact
list, who have this permission) The rest not of course.
So my friend can see me sleeping, without waking me up ;-)

Or is it possible to make this happening in another way?

Thanks in advance,

heian

Hello Heian, I believe Messenger Plus! Live has a auto accept request
feature that can be used for this.

In Messenger Plus! Live Preferences, the Conversations tab, Main, at the
bottom you can set Automatically accept request and choose which
requests and filter by contacts.

Hope this helps!
