auto-answer video call

Does MS live messenger have an auto answer feature so i can view my mother in
her nursing home? She cannot answer as she isnt mobile.

Windows Live Messenger does not have this feature, but there is an add-on
program for Windows Live Messenger, "Messenger Plus! Live" that does provide
this feature. You will find this feature on the Conversations/Main tab
under "Auto Accept Requests".
