Greetings Michael,
Messenger itself can't do this, but using Messenger Plus Live (
www.msgplus.net) you easily
can.
The feature after installing Plus! can be found by opening the main Messenger window,
pressing Alt-U on the keyboard, choosing Preferences, then the Conversations tab and you'll
find the Auto Accept requests option at the bottom.
Also, please read through the Plus installer as it is freeware but there is an optional
sponsor program that you're prompted to install.
