Auto-busy when click on desktop

When i click on desktop i see that my status changes to Busy (not available)

I have not Plus! or any addin/addon/etc..

I check on the preferences and see one option that says "Change my status as
busy and blocks my msgs when i execute an app on entire screen.." but i have
nothing of that

Maybe is because i have DeskScape activate ? Or is a bug in fact ?

I use WLM 8.5.1302
