All,
I have been testing WSUS. I have several machines connected to the server
and have assigned patches for installation on all the machines. The system
will download the updates but not install them automatically. It's not the
normal behavior that I notice when using windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
However, I noticed the option when you click "shutdown" that it allows you to
install the patches that it dl'ed from the WSUS server. Is this the normal
operation or should it install automatically? Thanks in advance for your
assistance.
