Auto update and TinyPF

Hi,

I can't run automatic updates because I don't know how to configure Tiny
personal firewall. The FAQ on configuring firewalls doesn't help because it
only gives the URL. In TPF I can't find how to add a URL and I need to enter
either an application or an IP range. If anyone has sucessfully configured
TPF to accept auto updates, I 'd be grateful for the solution.
