Auto Updates Help needed please...

Windows Automatic Update keeps trying to install the Windows Update KB835732
but every time I install it, it appears again.
I have no idea why this is happening. I went to the manual download site but
it told me that the update has already been downloaded to my PC and is
waiting to be installed.
I disabled my anti virus and firewall to see if they were the problem, but
still it doesn't install (although it informs me each time that it has
installed succesfully!)
Please help

I had to set my security level on internet explorer to MEDIUM, after that
the update downloaded and installed just fine. I left my anti-virus and
firewall running.
