auto updates not as administrator

Is there a way to set the autoupdates to complete when the user is not part
of the administrator group this is on a W2000 pc that is not part of a domain.

No, I'm sorry. The automatic updates won't install as just a user on the
system, unless in a corporate network they are set up to install and reboot
at some given point--and then the non-admin cannot stop the reboot.
