Auto updates repeating same updates

For some reason the auto-update feature continues to want to install the same
updates I just installed. The update numbers are:

KB890859

KB920872

KB931784

For KB920872, go here and try the 3 steps listed under ' File
information " : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920872

Restart the system afterwards.

For KB890859, download the update from here and SAVE it:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...8-46C4C33FCE99

Same for KB931784:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...d-a9f1eae19b51

Close ALL open programs and browsers. Install KB890859 first, then
restart the system.
Now install KB931784. Restart the system.

IF another prompt to reinstall KB890859 and/or KB931784 appears, ignore
it for now. Go to the WINDOWS directory [folder].
Copy and paste the contents of the KB890859.log and/or KB931784.log into
your reply, please.

I tried to post the log but it is very long (if I am grabbing the right
thing) and this site won't let me post it. I could email it maybe?

Which log ? Tell ya what, rename the log in question to KBxxxxx.log.old
Retry installing the KB in question and then post the resulting new log.
That should be a much more manageable size <w>
