Autoconnect when resuming from standby

I would like WLM to resume its connection to the MSN network when we resume
our notebook computers from standby. WLM is set to sign on automatically,
and the login for WLM is associated with the XP account. However, when the
computer is started or resumed from standby, our users have to connect WLM
manually; it does not happen on its own. If any of our staff are online, we
want to be able to contact them, and they often forget to login otherwise.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get WLM to always connect to MSN
when an internet connection is possible?
