Automate install of multiple downloaded updates

I have a friend with Windows ME and dialup internet. I was horrified the
other day to discover she hasn't applied any updates since she bought the
computer.

I have used the catalog to download all the ME updates, 51 of them. I have
burnt them onto a CD to take to her place. I don't really want to manually
install all of them. Is there a way to automate the installation process?

Does QChain work with Windows ME? The KB article only mentions Windows NT
4.0, Windows 2000 and XP.

Any update that uses Update.exe can be Qchained in Win ME .
IE Cumulative Updates can NOT use Qchain due to the following :
