Automate Windows Update

We have an SUS server that covers about 170 of 200 PC's. About 30 other PC's
don't get turned on regularly and we are required to manually boot them once
per week and manually run Windows Update. Are there any tools/utilities
available so we could login and manually double-click (or maybe place in the
startup folder) a shortcut/icon to run Windows Update such that it will start
running and we can walk away to start other machines and return to shut the
machine down after completion?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks!
-steve
