This is not really a Windows Update question, though I do see why you might
have picked this newsgroup. To automatically backup the work you have done
every day, you are looking at what is called an "incremental" backup. There
is a great deal of literature on this subject, and many products out there.
I suggest opening the following website:
http://www.msn.com, and typing in
the search window: "backup software" <--please do go ahead and use the
quotes.
