Automatic update download folder

Hi all. I have my automatic update setting at "notify me but don't
automatically download or install them". I get the notifications and I hit
the download button. My question is: where on my computer do the downloads
go? I'd like to find them so I can install them manually. Any help or advice
would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Believe the " notify me, but don't automatically download " option
puts the updates in WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Install . If not,
check the WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder for it.

Can these files be deleted after the update is installed? They do use a
lot of Disk Space.
