Automatic update [Error number: 0x8024402F]

I receive this error when scanning Windows 2003 server for updates from
microsoft site, (0x8024402F)

Does anybody knows what causes it ???

I received the same error. I haven't been able to determine the root
cause yet. Did you begin to experience problems after installing the
Windows Installer?
